For more than 40 years, my work has centered on a simple belief: people flourish when the conditions for flourishing are present. Assessments can help us understand those conditions. What I specialize in
I specialize in helping leaders and teams better understand how they are wired, how they show up, and how they can work more effectively with others. My work integrates behavioral style, emotional intelligence, motivators, critical thinking, and the conditions that influence individual and team performance. I use assessments not as labels, but as starting points for deeper conversations about self-awareness, communication, leadership, relationships, and growth. I work with executives, emerging leaders, teams, and organizations to translate assessment insights into practical changes in how people communicate, make decisions, navigate conflict, build trust, and lead. A particular focus of my work is helping organizations move beyond individual development toward creating a coaching culture—one in which leaders develop the capacity of others rather than simply directing their work.
