How to get started

Two ways to begin. One person can take a leadership readiness assessment and receive a private report. Organizations, hospitals, units and medical laboratories, run anonymous pulse waves whenever they are ready. Every engagement is delivered through a LeaderDNA consultant, who scopes and prices it for your organization.

For one leader

A single readiness assessment with a personal report, dimension profile and a 90-day plan written to the setting or administrative level you actually work in. Your consultant sends you the link.

For an organization

One pulse wave reads a unit, a lab section or the whole organization, including the Burnout Risk Index, driver breakdown and unit comparisons. Results stay anonymous: a report unlocks only once at least five people in a group respond.

How it works

  1. 1. Talk with your consultant about which instruments fit and what the engagement costs.
  2. 2. Register your health system in the hospital portal, there is no cost to set it up.
  3. 3. Launch a pulse wave for any unit or lab section and share the anonymous link.
  4. 4. Open the aggregate report once five or more people respond.
