    When they pay the access fee ($400) or complete the certification course ($699) and become an active Certified LeaderDNA Consultant™, we attribute the referral to you automatically.

    The moment they activate, 5 complimentary DISC assessment seats appear in your consultant credits, ready to deploy to clients. You'll get a confirmation email too.

FAQ

When exactly do I get my 5 seats?
The moment the person you referred becomes an active Certified LeaderDNA Consultant™, i.e. when they complete payment for the $400 access fee or finish certification. You'll see the new pack in your consultant credits and get a confirmation email.
What if my referral signs up but never pays?
You're notified that a pending referral was attributed to you, but the 5 seats are only granted on activation. If they never activate, no reward is issued.
Is there a cap on referrals?
No. Refer as many people as you'd like. Every successful activation earns you another 5 DISC seats.
Can I refer myself or a duplicate account?
No. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are blocked automatically. Each new consultant can only be attributed to one referrer, and only on first signup.
Do the bonus seats expire?
No. Bonus seats sit in your consultant credit balance until you use them, same as any purchased pack.
Can I use the seats for any assessment?
The referral bonus is specifically DISC seats, our most-used assessment. You can deploy them to clients, your team, or use them for sample reports.
